So…. we got ourselves organised with lunch booking at J’MCA, since they were full for dinner! Then on leaving our rooms for a tour round the local area before lunch we spoke to the owner’s daughter, organised a wine tasting and dinner later…. result!

The Michelin Inspector says “A careful, tasty and well-crafted cuisine that allows you to blossom freely with excellent products: that’s what awaits you in this family house located close to the church and the village square. As for the decor, with contemporary paintings and green plants, there is no shortage of charm either.”
The rest of the afternoon was spent enjoying the sun and fighting with the internet and wordpress before our tasting with Jean-Pierre Maltoff in his cellar…
And then a four course meal with the other guests staying at the property, Marie, her husband, parents, aunta and grandparents over from Normandy for a wedding at the same date and time as Harry and Meghan 🤔💑🍾 with wines paired by Jean-Pied, an amazingly entertaining man.
Sorry folks…. We didn’t take our phones to dinner (not like us either)!
